This animé is weirdness incarnated! As simply as that. It's pretty funny sometimes. The characters are just plain weirdos, just like me. Maybe that's why I fancy this animé. It's also one of the legendary slice-of-life animés out there, along side "Lucky Star". If you 'survive' the first 3 episodes, you are just fine. If you are wondering what the heck you just saw during those 3 episodes, maybe this animé is not for you....

This is by far the most random comedy anime I have ever seen. The main reason why I only give the story 3 stars is simply because it doesn't have a plot, and you can't have a good story if it doesn't at least have a plot. However, the comedy itself is worth a top score. This is simply explained another meaningless moe comedy, yet it's by no doubt entertaining with its random and unpredictable jokes. The characters are great, the voice actors are doing their job perfectly, and unlike most shows within this category there's even some character development. Music fits perfectly within every moment and the animation is exactly what I expect from KyoAni. We can probably debate our opinions about the actual art style like the cheap design of animals, but I personally like that part as it just adds to the comedy. Still, if anyone claims this is badly animated, then you have no idea what you're talking about. Just look at all the details we see in the motions, everything from a random sakura flower flying by to facial details when somebody gets punched and the characters body movements when they argue. Even the CGI looks good! There's so many details all over the place that it's hard to catch everything if you're too busy reading the subtitles. There are times where the animation seems cheap, but those are obviously intended as they always happens to give a comedic effect. Honestly, half the comedy is really within the detailed animation and how exaggerated it is over the cheap looking art style.
